What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation case management.
Strong understanding of the personal injury process from intake to settlement preparation.
In-office, full-time availability

Highly resourceful, organized, and proactive – someone we can rely on.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Do
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing parties.
Draft and send correspondence and legal documents.
Gather, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other evidence.
Prepare comprehensive demand packages for attorney review.
Keep clients informed and supported throughout their case journey.
