As a Back-up Nanny, You Will
Care for children in‑home; you will not be required to transport them.
No household duties other than common‑sense clean‑up of your activities or meals with the child.
Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers. Highest demand for care for children under the age of 2.
Engage children by providing safety and leading hands‑on activities based on your observations of the children’s age‑appropriate development.
We Provide
Pay: $22 per hour - $25 per hour.
Paid training and a nanny kit filled with age‑appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments.
Opportunities to advance in the childcare field and first chance to be placed with families seeking a consistent nanny, both full‑time and part‑time.
Paid sick time for both part‑time and full‑time schedules.

Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and to greet each family with a bright smile.
