Kane County Regional Office of Education Overview CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a SCEA 10-month Student Services Facilitator for the 2025-2026 school year. Bachelor’s degree in special education or related service degree required. Professional Educator License (PEL): LBSI or Related Service required. Responsibilities The Special Education Facilitator supports special education instructional programming across all grade levels in District 303. Works alongside teachers and teams to support development of evidence-based instructional practices. Supports IEP team planning and data review, analyzes and creates plans connected to student data. Provides professional learning experiences to special education, general education, and related service staff. Qualifications Successful classroom teaching or related service experience required. Experience with teacher leadership, coaching educators, and leading professional development for educators is preferred. BA/BS with appropriate certification. MA/Advanced degrees and PhD/EDD are reflected in the salary schedule. Salary (2025-2026 SCEA Salary Schedule) With TRS BA, Step 1 - BA +24, Step 8: $57,497.00 - $71,587.00 MA, Step 1 - MA +60 Step 8, $64,965.00 - $90,625.00 PHD/EDD Step 1 - Step 8 $80,444.00 - $93,744.00 Without TRS BA, Step 1 - BA +24, Step 8: $52,897.22 - $65,860.00 MA, Step 1 - MA +60 Step 8, $59,767.78 - $83,374.96 PHD/EDD Step 1 - Step 8 $74,008.45 - $86,244.44 Application Procedures Interested candidates must complete the Kane County Human Resources Consortium online application process and upload the necessary application documents.
