We are partnering with a great company in the Largo, Pinellas County area seeking a meticulous and reliable
Front Office Assistant . This role is the central hub of the office, combining reception duties with essential data entry tasks. This is an ideal position for someone who is highly organized, proficient in Excel for basic entry, and enjoys keeping the office running efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities: This role requires a proactive approach to front-office management, administrative organization, and finance-related data entry.
Reception and Client Service: Serve as the professional receptionist, greeting clients and visitors warmly. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly.
Financial Data Entry: Accurately process and enter weekly and bi-weekly timecards. Process and enter Accounts Payable (AP) documents and assist with distributing sales invoices.
Meeting Logistics: Schedule conference rooms and manage the logistics for office meetings.
Vendor and Supply Management: Responsible for ordering and managing inventory for all office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate with outside vendors (e.g., cleaning services).
Mail and Administration: Process incoming and outgoing mail. Handle file organization and general administrative tasks.
Experience and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong experience utilizing Word and Excel (basic data entry and spreadsheet organization required), as well as general computer proficiency.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple clerical tasks and deadlines.
Communication: Communicates effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Aptitude: Enjoys planning and organizing tasks, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient work environment.
Reliability: Works well under deadlines, is highly dependable, and is committed to being on-site full-time.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00
