We have continued to advance the quality and availability of chiropractic care in the wellness industry. The position is part-time with flexible hours (15-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Competitive pay is $15-$20/hr plus bonus potential. Experience and skills: administrative experience, multitasking, professionalism, organizational and high-level customer service and communication capabilities. Sales or marketing experience is preferred. The position will support 3 clinics, primarily Brentwood and Washington. What we are looking for in you and your skillset

Driven to climb the company ladder Possess a winning attitude High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate Strong phone and computer skills At least one year of previous sales experience Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experience and stories Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Provide excellent services to members and patients The wellness coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals Greet members and patients, check them in to see the chiropractor Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow policies and procedures Willingness to learn and grow Accept constructive criticism positively Office management or marketing experience is a plus Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY About The Joint Chiropractic
