Temp to Hire Administrative and Office Support Onsite - 5 days Overview: This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the corporate office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a professional, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls, messages, and visitor greetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS shipments, and certified/bulk mail. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, catering, and conference room logistics. Support executives with scheduling, document prep, and other administrative tasks. Order and manage inventory for office and breakroom supplies. Maintain office layout and manage locker reservations. Organize office events such as quarterly celebrations. Coordinate vendors for services like shredding and facility repairs. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Self-starter with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
