Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding the ride-sharing app.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with excellent organizational skills.
