Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the customer experience. Communicate professionally and effectively in Dutch to build strong relationships with clients. Assist clients in navigating challenges and providing solutions. Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is advantageous.
