TES Administrative Support Front Office
professional to provide a wide range of administrative and office support duties. Essential Functions Specific duties and responsibilities may vary based upon departmental needs. Other duties may be assigned similar to the above consistent with the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job. Not all of the duties may be assigned to a position. Responsibilities Acts as office receptionist: answers and directs telephone calls and greets visitors, providing information and assistance as needed Answers questions, takes registrations and payment information for various programs within the office Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, etc. Creates and maintains records, files, documents, and images in the data system May perform other office support duties such as certificate creation, document processing, and assisting with program creation Why Work at Auburn?
