Responsibilities include administrative duties such as travel vouchers, purchasing card reconciliation, vendor vouchers, and conference planning for an international event in Auburn, Alabama. Temporary Employment Services (TES) is a unit of Auburn University’s Department of Human Resources, providing qualified temporary staff for various campus needs, including absences, peak workloads, projects, seasonal work, and emergencies. This role offers an opportunity to develop professional skills and gain experience in higher education. Note: AU students are not eligible. Essential Functions
Provide administrative support: travel vouchers, purchasing card reconciliation, vendor vouchers, and related documents. Assist with conference planning: organize meetings, coordinate logistics for speakers and sponsors, set up online registration, and manage conference website info. Why Work at Auburn?

Experience in event/conference planning, familiarity with Self Service Banner/AU Access, Kronos, MS Office, PeopleAdmin, and knowledge of AU policies and procedures. Additional Details
