We’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands‑on experience in discovery, case management, and litigation support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates attorney needs, and ensures cases move efficiently from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage
discovery requests and responses
(interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, subpoenas, etc.)
Organize, analyze, and summarize
medical and employment records
Prepare and maintain
case chronologies and evidence databases
Coordinate and communicate with
clients, opposing counsel, and experts
File pleadings and manage
court deadlines and calendaring
Assist attorneys with
deposition preparation, mediation binders, and trial exhibits
Support trial preparation and logistics, including witness coordination and document management
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in
personal injury or civil litigation
Strong understanding of
discovery procedures and case management
in Tennessee state and federal courts
Excellent
organization, attention to detail, and time management
skills
Proficiency with
case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude aligned with our

Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
