Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Director on creative campaigns and content ideas and bring ideas to life.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging posts, photos, and videos.
Design flyers, graphics, and digital materials using Canva and other tools.
Monitor and respond to reviews to maintain a strong online reputation.
Track performance metrics and share insights with the team.
Keep the marketing calendar and project timelines organized.
You’ll also assist with
Coordinating local outreach, career fairs, and sponsorships.
Capturing team culture moments and sharing them through photos or videos.
Ensuring all materials reflect ProGrin’s brand and voice.
Researching new marketing trends and ideas.
Jumping in on creative projects and helping wherever needed.

Are comfortable filming and editing videos.
Know how to manage social media with creativity and consistency.
Can juggle multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
