Position Summary

The Marketing and Communications Manager will support the day-to-day tasks of the Office of Marketing and Communications at Wiley University. This role helps keep projects moving by taking on smaller assignments related to social media, email communication, events, and digital content. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to promoting Wiley University’s mission and brand. Key Responsibilities

Help create and schedule social media posts Assist with emails, flyers, and general communication tasks Organize photos, graphics, and marketing files Support event promotion, campaigns, and on-site logistics Assist with photography and videography needs (planning, capturing, and organizing content) Track project deadlines and marketing requests Take on other duties as assigned to support the team Qualifications

Strong writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of social media platforms Detail-oriented and reliablw Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word, Canva, or email platforms Willing to learn and take initiative Seniority level
