About the job: Outbound Appointment Setter
Compensation: 35,000 PHP/month + commission Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time
Gentask is seeking experienced outbound appointment setters to support two of our client's businesses: an e-commerce company targeting women entrepreneurs and a life insurance company. We seek highly motivated individuals who can engage prospects, book appointments, and contribute to sales growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
Engage prospects professionally, answer questions, and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for sales teams with high accuracy.
Maintain detailed records in CRM tools such as Close or OpenPhone.
Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Collaborate with team members and clients to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Must be available during standard US working hours.
Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
Experience using CRM and dialer tools (Close, OpenPhone preferred).
Ability to adapt to different industries (e-commerce & life insurance).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Female candidates preferred for the e-commerce client (targeting women entrepreneurs).
Background in e-commerce or insurance sales is a plus.
