Clinical Social Worker II (LICSW) - Inpatient Case Management Everett Location:

Responsibilities

Provide psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and referrals for adults and/or families with psychiatric illness, substance abuse, and medical illness.

Conduct casework or therapy in the hospital, offices, or community setting as appropriate.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the team leader to define and deliver client services.

Participate actively in team meetings, caregiver conferences, patient-at-risk meetings, and other gatherings to coordinate care.

Complete billing forms, managed‑care documentation, statistics, and other required paperwork thoroughly and on time.

Qualifications

Education/Training: Master’s degree in Social Work.

Licensure: Current MA licensure as LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

Certifications: Credentialed by the CHA Medical Staff for practice in relevant clinical domains (if required).

Prior Experience

Completed at least one successful internship in a medical setting.

Prior experience in a medical setting required.

Two years post‑Master’s degree experience in a medical, clinical, or human service setting with relevant populations preferred.

All newly hired candidates must successfully complete a job‑specific physical agility exam.
