We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and participants. This role involves a variety of administrative and operational tasks aimed at ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Summary This position works 9am-6pm and manages front desk operations, ensures efficient visitor experience and supports staff.
Responsibilities
Greeting and directing visitors, managing the welcome center coverage.
Providing operational support including procurement for supplies.
Assisting with scheduling through the tool for appointments and space rentals.
Providing general information about services and facility locations.
Coordinating delivery logistics and managing commercial kitchen deliveries.
Handling crisis management with empathy and de‑escalation tactics.
Mail and deliveries: receiving and routing to proper departments.
Linking communication between different buildings for smooth operations.
Visitor check‑in: maintaining badge protocols.
Submitting work orders for facility maintenance and repairs.
Monitoring facility, reporting parking or safety issues, coordinating lockdown and safety drills.
Reporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or network issues affecting the south building.
Managing intake and mobile health rooms to keep them functional.
Performing additional duties as directed by management.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to learn and use software programs as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security protocols.
