QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft software
Ability to learn quickly
Be able to work with the public in a professional, compassionate manner
Organized and detailed oriented
Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid AZ Driver's License
Able to pass TSA Fleet Safety E-learning module
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with phones and field calls for assistance requests, provide information about times and required documents, and schedule appointments as needed
Data entry for Seasonal Programs (Angel Tree, Kettle Program, Thanksgiving Assistance)
Assist with set up of Christmas programs
Assist as needed with drop off and/or pick up of kettles
Assist with Angel Tree Program site management, picking up toys, monitoring tags on trees as needed
Assist with scheduling of volunteers
Assist with Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions
Assist in the preparation of a Christmas brief
Assist with after seasonal cleanup & storage
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
