We are seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy chiropractic and physical therapy practice. This position requires excellent phone, computer, and people skills to ensure a welcoming environment for patients while keeping front office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer multi-line phones, schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out, collect payments, and manage insurance information Accurately enter patient data into the electronic health record system Handle patient inquiries in person and over the phone with clear, compassionate communication Manage daily office tasks, including scanning, filing, and preparing charts Maintain a clean, organized reception area Coordinate patient flow to keep the schedule on time Assist with administrative tasks and other office support as needed Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous front desk, receptionist, or medical office experience preferred Strong phone and computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and electronic health records (training provided) Excellent communication and people skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance Schedule
