Corporate Paralegal
Our energy client is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support their legal team with governance, compliance, and SEC filings. This vital role offers the chance to oversee subsidiary governance, prepare corporate resolutions, manage filings, and assist with board meetings and SEC disclosures. The paralegal will support the Assistant General Counsel with corporate governance, matter management, due diligence, and projects.
Responsibilities Support the legal team with governance, compliance, SEC filings, board meeting preparation, and related corporate tasks.
Qualifications
8+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (Lexis, Westlaw).
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Knowledge of corporate governance, SEC filings, and compliance.
Experience with board portals.
Work Schedule Hybrid schedule: in-office 3 days a week, in The Woodlands.
