Responsibilities
Collect and record information from potential clients and open cases in case management software
Send and receive retainer agreements for prospective clients who meet the specific criteria
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
Combine data from multiple systems
Follow-up on intakes (as needed)
Place outbound calls
Contact medical providers and clients regarding availability of doctor appointments
Follow up calls from medical providers when clients are non-compliant with appointments
Consistent and regular communications with clients regarding appointments
Consistent and regular communications with legal team regarding clients
Requirements
Understanding of general legal procedures and business practices
Standard clerical and general office administration procedures
High volume phones, call center and/or law firm experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment
Strong attention to detail
