Kitsap Mental Health Services Overview We are hiring for a temporary Front Desk Scheduler role. This is a temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of 3-6 months. The role is a customer service–oriented position serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, coordinating appointments, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area at Kitsap Mental Health Services. Primary Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive initial impression and offering assistance as needed. Adhere to agency scheduling guidelines to efficiently maintain and organize appointments. Facilitate customer service by performing patient registration tasks, including appointment scheduling, updating client demographics, and managing client accounts. Update billing information, process payments and co-payments, and ensure accuracy in client records. Maintain and manage client records to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Keep the lobby area inviting and clean, and promptly alert housekeeping or maintenance when needed. Provide directions and assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they can navigate the premises with ease.
