About the Role My client is a highly successful content creator with a fast-paced lifestyle and an ever-changing schedule. She’s seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Household Assistant

to keep her home and daily life running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who loves creating order, managing logistics, and supporting a dynamic, creative household.

Key Responsibilities Home Management & Organization

Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of the home; perform regular tidying, laundry, and light cleaning

Organize closets, pantry, makeup and costume inventory, storage areas, and other household spaces

Keep household supplies stocked and labeled, including kitchen, bathroom, and pantry essentials

Ensure living and workspaces remain neat and camera-ready at all times

One weekly deep clean - sanitize bathrooms and desks.

Clean cars, garage and gym areas to ensure camera readiness!

Errands & Logistics

Handle daily errands such as grocery shopping, Amazon returns, post office drop-offs, and dry cleaning

Manage online orders, returns, and exchanges across vendors

Coordinate service providers (cleaners, landscapers, maintenance, deliveries, etc.)

Meal Preparation & Kitchen Support

Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals or assist with meal prep as directed

Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and fully stocked with fresh ingredients and cooking essentials

Manage grocery lists, shopping schedules, and pantry organization

Travel & Personal Support

Assist with packing/unpacking and home resets before and after travel

Help with scheduling, reminders, and occasional personal calendar management

Research and purchase items, gifts, or products as requested

Manage miscellaneous administrative or household tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Tech-savvy — comfortable managing online orders, spreadsheets, and digital organization

Proven experience as a household assistant, personal assistant, or house manager

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly environment

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional; able to maintain confidentiality

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Flexible, proactive, and positive attitude

Bonus Skills

Experience with meal prep, light cooking, or nutrition planning
