Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer MassMutual Great Lakes | Michigan MassMutual Great Lakes is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and the office of the CEO operates with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in enabling the CEO to lead the organization effectively.

Responsibilities include managing calendars and schedules, preparing for key meetings, coordinating communications, and maintaining oversight of priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and logistics with precision and foresight. Prepare meeting agendas, background materials, and briefing documents to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements. Track priorities, manage follow-ups, and monitor key timelines to ensure organizational objectives remain on course. Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and internal documents with a high level of polish and professionalism. Facilitate cross-functional communication and information flow between the CEO and leadership teams. Partner with internal teams to coordinate events, client meetings, and organizational initiatives. Maintain absolute confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personnel matters. Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency. Represent the CEO’s office in a manner consistent with the firm’s values of integrity, reliability, and excellence. Provide limited personal assistance as required to support the CEO’s effectiveness. Qualifications Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a corporate environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level documents and correspondence. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in technology platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
