Front Desk Coordinator
– North American Dental Group (NADG) Open Up to a Whole New Dental Experience. We deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first. This role involves front desk responsibilities and patient interactions as part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities
Be dependable and skilled in handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end-of-day reports while keeping patients worry-free. Perform clerical tasks including sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, photocopying; answer phone calls; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments. Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge. Present financial policies and arrangements to patients; collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage as appropriate. Monitor appointments for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred. Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs as needed. Benefits and Working Environment
