We are seeking a
Front Desk Coordinator
in Cypress, TX to manage the office flow, schedule appointments, and guide patients toward the best care possible. This full‑time (hourly) non‑exempt position offers competitive pay.
Responsibilities
Consult and collaborate with healthcare providers to arrange patient appointments and treatment plans.
Check in patients regularly, evaluate and document progress.
Provide empathy, respect, and professional demeanor while interacting with patients.
Greet patients and visitors with a warm welcoming smile.
Answer and place calls to patients, insurance providers, and external healthcare providers.
Schedule appointments and manage patient medical records.
Manage monetary transactions and patient billing inquiries.
Coordinate external procedure scheduling with other healthcare providers.
Provide administrative support to the team and manage general office flow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum 2 years of front‑desk experience in a medical office (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical thinking and multitasking ability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple phone lines, email inquiries, and scheduling requests simultaneously.
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, billing, and insurance protocols (preferred).
Non‑smoker, health‑conscious (preferred).
