Function & Role HOAMCO is hiring a Part‑time Front Desk Concierge for Val Vista Lakes, a master‑planned community with over 2,000 homes. As a Concierge you will provide excellent customer service to residents, manage the welcome desk, and perform administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills and collaborate well with colleagues.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
Maintain an enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor.
Uphold integrity and credibility.
Qualifications
Excellent in‑person customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus.
Customer service experience required.
Job Duties
Provide administrative support.
Maintain the welcome desk.
Greet visitors and homeowners face‑to‑face with excellent customer service.
Manage the package delivery system.
Partner with the On‑site Community Manager to manage the front welcome area.
