Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter.
Potential Earnings
Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

While the average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent), top performers can earn over $160,000 per year.
Qualifications / How You Will Be Successful
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius for managing a multi‑store territory.
Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
