role at Sunrun Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter. Compensation overview: The earnings potential varies by location and performance. The typical range is $45,000 to $60,000, with top performers earning $160,000+ per year. Responsibilities
Foster relationships with customers in designated partner retail stores and educate them on renewable energy and storage solutions. Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Influence potential customers positively through informative conversations and engagement. Qualifications / What You Will Be Successful
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for Sunrun’s mission. Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize sales success and earning potential. Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (average) for managing a multi-store territory. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment. Compensation & Benefits
