Part Time 20hrs/week Shift:
Monday-Friday shifts will vary based on clinic need The community you’ll be caring for:
Pediatric Pelvic Physical Therapy Patients The role you’ll contribute: Provide professional direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. Utilize process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med and Rehab Department. The value you’ll bring to the team: Engage in promoting evidence-based standards of care and lifelong learning through autonomous and collaborative participation in research, journal club/reviews, teaching/mentoring/CI, and/or clinical practice education within a peer group Regularly participate in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships with a minimum of 2 contacts per month. Determine Physical Therapy Diagnosis and establish a plan of care, make recommendations for referral if treatment needed outside of scope of Physical Therapist practice. Design and implement a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs. Pay range - The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/ hour Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Licensed in applicable state as a Physical Therapist OR Temporary State permit as Physical Therapist Preferred qualifications: Previous experience with Pediatric Pelvic population.
