What you will do
Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor and partner network across Eastern Europe.
Advise distributors and key accounts on our mobile and stationary X‑ray, CT, ultrasound devices, and imaging software – with technical expertise and solution‑oriented consulting.
Develop local sales strategies, tenders, and promotional activities to strengthen our market presence.
Represent OR Technology at regional conferences, trade fairs, and customer events.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and contribute actively to our international growth strategy.
What we would like
Proven track record in sales and business development in the medical device sector – ideally in imaging systems (X‑ray, CT, or related technologies).
Strong experience in building and managing distributor networks in Eastern Europe.
Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English – knowledge of Russian, Polish, Czech or other Eastern European languages is desirable.
Self‑driven, structured, and able to work independently from a home office, with frequent travel across the region.
