Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Schedule:

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Work Setting:

Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Compensation:

$85,000 – $100,000 annually + Bonus

About the Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Physical Therapist

to join our outpatient clinic in Mesa, AZ. This position provides the opportunity to work in a patient-centered, collaborative environment with a consistent caseload and professional autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based, hands-on interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise

Supervise PTAs to maintain continuity and quality of care

Manage an average caseload of 13 patient visits daily

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and at-home strategies

Track patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans

Complete timely, accurate documentation in the EMR

Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team planning sessions

Ensure compliance with Arizona licensure standards and CEU requirements

Candidate Qualifications

Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona

Strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills

Able to manage a structured, patient-focused schedule

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience with manual therapy or dry needling preferred, but not required
