A growing manufacturing operation in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor
to lead daily floor operations. This role is critical in maintaining production flow, ensuring quality standards, and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Supervise production staff and oversee daily workflow Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met Train, coach, and support team development Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary Maintain a clean, efficient, and ISO-compliant work environment Communicate effectively with other departments to support production goals Manage requisitions for tools, parts, and materials Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety practices Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High school diploma required; additional certifications a plus 401(k) with match Disability, Life, and Supplemental Insurance options All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
