Opening: Sub Arc Welder (WABO Certified) – Pacific, WA What you’ll do
Operate sub arc welding equipment with a high degree of precision and efficiency. Use blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to produce strong, quality welds that meet strict standards. Follow welding procedures, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain consistent workflow. Maintain and report on welding equipment condition and report safety or maintenance issues promptly. What you need to have
Current WABO Welding Certification 2+ years of recent sub arc welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Steel-toed boots required Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Note: Work environment
This position takes place in a fast-paced industrial shop environment. Exposure to high temperatures, sparks, welding fumes, and loud noises is expected. Appropriate PPE and adherence to safety standards are mandatory at all times. What’s in it for you

$27+/hr DOE | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Swing Shift:
