Opening: Welder/Fabricator Where: University Place, WA (In-Person) We are a premier full-service welding and iron fabrication company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Puget Sound area in Washington State. Our skilled team of certified welders and experienced fabricators takes a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring precision, durability, and exceptional craftsmanship. Our mission is to seamlessly blend function and aesthetics—creating ironwork that not only performs flawlessly but also enhances the unique character of each home or commercial space we serve. What Youll Do
We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our hands-on team of certified professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality custom iron pieces for both residential and commercial clients. You’ll read blueprints, measure and cut materials, perform MIG/TIG welding, and assemble ironwork that meets our standards for both function and aesthetics. This is a shop and field-based role, requiring strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld iron components to precise specifications Interpret technical drawings and blueprints Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure durability and appearance Install finished pieces on-site as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Qualifications
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Welding certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Must be local and available to start soon What\u2019s In It For You
