CNC Maintenance Mechanic

Overview
To keep the process manufacturing area in good mechanical repair, working order, and in production mode always. Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment. Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures, repair all process and plant equipment as necessary. Perform planned maintenance inspections as required. Order proper materials for job completion. Tag out and lockout procedures. Complete required records for work performed. Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating risk assessments. Maintain CNC Mills, Lathes, support machinery and robotic machines. Maintain machines manufactured by Fanuc Robotics, Okuma, Okuma Howa, Haas, Cosen and Daewoo. Electrical troubleshooting and repair (480V, switches, solenoids, 3-phase motors, servo motors, etc.). Electrical and electronic trouble shooting and repair. Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills. PLC troubleshooting is a plus. Qualifications
Experience with Haas & Okuma CNC machine tools is a plus. Work with minimal supervision. Excellent mechanical aptitude. Ability to use handheld and shop tools. Safety and PPE
