We need skilled
Construction Specialists
who are local to the area. This position will report to the Market Manager and represents an opportunity to join an awesome team on the ground floor, learn a lot, and have a ton of fun as GRC grows!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Construction specialist is responsible for general laborer duties and support on construction sites
Use various equipment, hand, and power tools
Prepare ground trenches for pipes and utility lines
Remove, fill, or compact earth
Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade and utility safety standards.
Responsible for the site set-up and clean-up
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment on the truck
Will be involved in new site Job Safety Analysis - JSA prior to starting construction
Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic
May be required to work overtime; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies, or be on-call as work is needed to ensure work is completed
Ability to follow instructions
Experience:
Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for all positions.

8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
On-call and weekend availability
Day Shift: Monday - Friday
Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday

7 Paid Holidays and 2 Floating Holidays
