We leverage the latest technologies, best‑in‑industry equipment, and up‑to‑date construction and safety practices to build a first‑class fiber‑optic utility construction firm in multiple markets throughout the US.
Responsibilities
Perform general laborer duties and support on construction sites.
Use various hand and power tools.
Prepare ground trenches for pipes and utility lines.
Remove, fill, or compact earth.
Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade and utility safety standards.
Responsible for site set‑up and clean‑up.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment on the truck.
Involved in new site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before starting construction.
Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers and flag traffic when necessary.
May be required to work overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies, or be on‑call as work is needed.
Follow instructions.
Experience
Construction: 1 year (preferred).
License/Certification
CDL A (preferred).
Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required for all positions.
Ability To Commute
Reno, Nevada; Cedar City, UT; Denver, CO; Hoopa Valley, CA (required).
Employment Details
Job Type: Full Time.
Location: Reno, NV; Cedar City, UT; Denver, CO; Hoopa Valley, CA.
Reporting to: Jonathan Zaccagnino – Director of Operations – UT; Garrett Curtis – Director of Operations – UTAH; Dustin Jordan – Director of Operations – CO.
Compensation range: $20‑$25 hourly.
Target start date: 2‑3 weeks from offer.
Interview Process
Initial interview with Recruiter.
Second interview with Hiring Manager.
Third possible interview with Director of Operations.
Background check.
Offer.
Schedule Options
8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts.
On‑call and weekend availability.
Day shift: Monday – Friday.
Night shift: Sunday – Thursday.
