Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Support daily operations across four ready mix concrete plants, and one Hot-mix Asphalt plant to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.* Lead and develop plant teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.* Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to meet performance targets.* Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize plant performance.* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.**What Are We Looking For*** Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.* Effective communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams and departments.* Comfortable using data and systems to make informed decisions and track performance.* Demonstrated capability to adapt and lead through change with a hands-on approach.**Work Environment**
This role involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, and active production areas.
