5+ years experience in HVAC controls (Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.) Familiarity with

BAS protocols : BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills A knack for reading schematics, solving puzzles, and keeping systems humming A clean license, a great attitude, and the drive to make an impact Know your way around mechanical equipment (boilers, air handlers, chilled water, etc.) Have IT/networking experience (but we’ll teach you too) Are tired of being underappreciated — and ready to level up Stop punching the clock.
