Structured Autonomy: Flexibility to build your practice around your interests with leadership support. Flexible Schedule: 2 clinic days, up to 2 OR days, and 1 administrative day, with a low call burden. Expected responsibilities include providing breast reconstruction care within a collaborative surgical team, with the opportunity to perform microvascular surgery if desired, participating in outpatient clinics and operating room procedures, and working with supportive APPs and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
