Structured Autonomy: Flexibility to build your practice around your interests with leadership support.
Flexible Schedule: 2 clinic days, up to 2 OR days, and 1 administrative day, with a low call burden.

Clinical Focus: Dedicated opportunities in breast reconstruction with the option to perform microvascular surgery if desired.
