Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In‑Person
Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year! We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, exclusively in-person, with caseloads designed to match your strengths and availability.

Caseload:
Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments
Deliver individualized and small group therapy
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Engage in school-based meetings and student-centered planning
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement—or willingness to obtain
Active (or eligible) Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
