to join our clinical team in our
Cedar Road location
located at 1419 Cedar Road Suite 100, Chesapeake, Virginia 23322.

Status:
Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Base rate of $44 - $46 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour. Sign on Bonus: $7,500 Monday 8-5, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-5, Friday 8 - 5 Average Patients Per Day: 8 Medical and vision insurance (individual and family coverage) Life insurance and disability benefits 401(k) plan Continuing education and hygiene coaching for professional growth Modern dental technology in a team-oriented work environment
Responsibilities
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
