Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Waukesha, Wisconsin
A Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full‑time contract position within a K‑12 school setting located in Waukesha, WI. This role requires an onsite commitment through the entire school year (NSY), providing specialized speech therapy services directly to students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver speech‑language pathology evaluations and therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
Desired Qualifications And Experience
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Experience working within school‑based settings serving K‑12 students.
Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders.
Strong skills in delivering onsite therapy services.
Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Preference for candidates with completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
Teletherapy experience is noted, but this position requires onsite work only.
Location Waukesha, Wisconsin, within a K‑12 public school.
