Responsibilities Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Responsibilities include:

Providing direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.

Demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, and utilizing professional skills.

Fulfilling responsibilities of the hospital role and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

Location Details Rapid City, South Dakota, known for its natural landscapes, Native American heritage, and cultural offerings. The city offers a thriving arts scene, galleries, museums, theaters, local shops, restaurants, and lively events. It is the gateway to attractions such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, and Custer State Park.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year as Registered Nurse; may vary by client and setting

Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred

Strong preference for ICU, Med Surg, and Telemetry experience

Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment

Current, valid, active driver’s license

Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment

Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required; AHA preferred and required by some clients

Additional certifications may be required by some clients
