Overview We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy services in Grants Pass, Oregon. The SLP will evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized therapy to help patients improve communication and swallowing function, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Contract Length:
13 Weeks
Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Accurately document therapy sessions in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance policies
Qualifications
Master’s degree (MS/MA) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Oregon SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
