The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatments to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their quality of life and functional independence. Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans Document all services accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and ethical practice standards Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited
Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA) Active
Oregon SLP license
(or eligibility to obtain) CCC-SLP certification
