OSU Harding Hospital/East Hospital-Talbot Hall provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare services for adults, older adults, and adolescents in central Ohio. We offer a range of treatment options and a diversified staff. Outpatient, IOP, and Partial Hospitalization services include evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. We provide specialized services for Mood and Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Psychosis, Trauma- and Stress-Related Disorders, Sexual Dysfunction, Women\'s Behavioral Health, Addictions, Trauma, and Neurocognitive Disorders. Talbot Hall offers comprehensive addiction services for adults, including Medicated Assisted Treatment for opiate and alcohol use disorders, Detox, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and various outpatient and continuing care groups. The Psychotherapist is a key provider who works within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to deliver counseling and psychotherapy to patients and families. Position Summary

The Psychotherapist position is clinical and educational, and involves working as an independent provider within the interdisciplinary team to deliver counseling and psychotherapy. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation for patients with mental health complaints. Provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals with mental and behavioral disorders to facilitate return to previous or improved functioning. Services may include individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and/or couple/family therapy. Formulate individualized treatment plans to help patients determine and meet treatment goals. Advocate within the local community if needed; collaborate with the clinical team; maintain third-party payer relationships; complete necessary paperwork (e.g., disability, FMLA). Minimum Education

Master\'s Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications

Master\'s Degree in Social Work or Counseling or related field; Independent Ohio license to practice (e.g., LISW, LPCC, LICDC) is required. A minimum of two years of experience with patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders is required. Experience and/or training in at least one evidence-based psychotherapy modality (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy) is preferred.
