Pediatric Radiology Faculty Position
The Department of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine is accepting applications for a full-time faculty position, at the rank of Assistant Professor or above, in the Division of Pediatric Radiology; salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, hold board certification in Radiology, and be pediatric CAQ certified or eligible. The responsibilities of this position include strong interpretative skills in pediatric body imaging in all modalities (plain films, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT and MRI) including advanced applications. The applicant will also participate in the education of residents, fellows, medical students, research, and other scholarly activities, and will contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork. The Division of Pediatric Radiology provides inpatient and outpatient clinical imaging services to patients at numerous NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital locations across NYC, including Weill Cornell Medicine, Komansky Children’s Hospital, and Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. Pediatric imaging services are also provided at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, NYP Lower Manhattan Hospital, and affiliates. The department emphasizes a culture of collegiality, wellness, work‐life balance, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges between $275,000 and $550,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary range complies with New York City law on Salary Transparency and does not include bonuses or clinical incentive compensation.
