Phlebotomist II
- Snellville, GA Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay range:

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams. Administer oral solutions per training. Research test/client information and verify orders using lab technology, client contact, and approved tools. Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately. Obtain identification, enter billing info, and collect payments when required. Process specimens: label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, and prepare for transport as needed. Perform non‑patient duties: inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, using email. Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures. Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data. Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs) timely. Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly. Qualifications
Required Work Experience
Three years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary). Keyboard/data entry experience. Flexible and available for staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime). Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record. Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic preferred). Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA. The position requires effective communication in English. About the Team
